Qi Balancing Classes

Qi Balancing classes are different types of classes that are focuedto help balance the Qi (energy) of the body. Our goal to to help our patients to become stronger not only through treatments, but also by educating them about exercises which will help them as well. The 3 types of classes that we offer are Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga.
